Mechanical Engineering OGS Fall 2022 Acceptance Speech

Aloha, my name is Kathleen Kodama and I am honored to have been selected as the Fall 2022 Mechanical Outstanding Graduating Senior. I would first like to thank the University of Hawaii and the College of Engineering for providing me with the opportunity to study engineering. I would like to thank all the professors here at UH for their dedication to teaching and encouragement to always ask questions. I would like to thank my mom for always supporting my goals and education. I would also like to thank my friends and classmates for the study sessions, snack breaks, and laughter we have shared throughout the years. I would not be where I am today without the continuous support I have received from everyone. Finally, I would like to congratulate all the graduating seniors this semester. We have worked hard to reach the end of this journey and I hope everyone is proud of themselves. With this chapter of our lives coming to an end, I look forward to seeing what the future holds for all of us.
