Visit of Faculty and Students from National Institute of Technology, Matsue College, Japan

On September 13, 2019 two faculty and thirty-two students from the National Institue of Technology, Matsue College, Japan  visited Department of Mechanical Engineering,

University of Hawaii at Manoa.  ME Interim Co-Chair Profs. Lloyd Hihara and Weilin Qu met and greeted the 32 students from Matsue College headed by Profs. Marshall Higa and Manabu Takao at Holmes 309 at 10 am, then Prof. Lloyd Hihara made a presentation about the UHM ME overview followed by Profs. Mashall Higa and Manabu Takao and tow Matsue students presented Mastue College overview. And then four ME students presented current ME student activities and projects conducted by ME student organizations and made a tour of ME Senior Design Projects at Holmes 140 for Matsue students.
