Aloha, my name is Penny Loo, and I am honored to be selected as the mechanical engineering outstanding graduating senior. I am thankful to the University of Hawaii
and the College of Engineering for the great education and opportunities you have provided. Thank you to my professors and mentors that have always pushed me to strive
for my best. I would not be here today without the opportunities and knowledge you have provided me. And your hard work and dedication to your students is inspiring.
Thank you to my friends and family for your constant support and encouragement throughout my time here. To the graduating class of Fall 2021, we made it. Through the
ups and the downs, my time here would not have been the same without you. Congratulations on all your accomplishments.
